How long will it take for my Party Box to be delivered?

For all UK deliveries unless otherwise stated, packages will be delivered by Parcelforce UK. UK delivery will usually be within 5-7 working days from order. We will aim to process your order in a quicker time wherever possible. At particularly busy times delivery may take longer than the specified time. We will always notify you if this is the case.

 

Where is My Order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Blossom & Bow when you place your order. You will then receive a text message from Parcelforce 90 minutes before delivery with 3 options for delivery:

 

Reschedule delivery for another day.

Opt to deliver to a neighbour.

Drop off at your local post office for collection.

 

If you are not able to respond or you are not at home at the time of delivery, then Parcelforce will return your party box to your local collection office for you to pick up at a time convenient for you. A Customer Contact Card will be left at your address with details on how to do this.

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We can deliver outside of the UK by request. Please contact us on hello@blossomandbow.co.uk and we can provide the options and discuss additional postage cost with you.

 

I need my party box asap/by a specific date- is this possible?

We will always do our best to help if you need a package delivered quickly. Please email us on hello@blossomandbow.co.uk with the details. In some circumstances, we can send with Royal Mail either by first class (which will usually arrive within 1-2 days) for an additional postage cost. We are a small team so these options will depend on staff availability as all our boxes are packed to order, so please get in touch for more information.

 

My party box has arrived and some of the products inside the box have been damaged- what do I do?

Please contact us at hello@blossomandbow.co.uk quoting your parcel number, your name and address.

 

Can I return my box?

In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of goods within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us on hello@blossomandbow.co.uk, we will give you details of where to send the box at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged) as soon as possible once you let us know you are returning it.

 

What are your delivery costs?

We charge £3.95 per order to the UK.

 

The party box I want is out of stock, when will I be able to order it again?

Because some of our suppliers are based in Europe, we strongly recommend you get ahead of time and order your party box at least three weeks before your planned party date. This provides sufficient leeway in case re-stocking is necessary to complete your order.

 

What age ranges are your party boxes for?

Our party boxes are designed to provide the perfect backdrop for all ages of children but particularly suited to children aged 3-8. As with all partyware items please make sure children are never left unattended. Supervision should be given at all times to children under 36 months due to small parts – candles, balloons, pieces in the cupcake kits and cake toppers etc.
